  2.                    Part I - Listing Style
  3.  
  4. The ability to toggle the listing of the Documents in a Directory or Folder
  5. between alphabetical and date order has been added. Below is an
  6. illustration of the bottom portion of the Main Menu with Date order select.
  7. Select "L" and press the mouse the in appropriate box and Alphabetic will
  8. be selected.

  13. NOTES:   1)   Date order lists the documents from most recent to oldest
  14.               by date the document was created. 
  15.          2)   If you have been using an earlier version of the Folders
  16.               System, it may be necessary upon restarting the Folders
  17.               System after upgrading to:
  18.  
  19.                   a) Select a Directory to be used - all your previously
  20.                   created Directories will then become available; and
  21.  
  22.                   b) Re-enter the changes you have made to the SetUp
  23.                   of the program (ENTER: Utilities, then Setup).             Part II - WordPerfect Ver. 6.0 [DOS]

  25. The Folders System has been upgraded to work with WordPerfect for DOS
  26. Ver. 6.0. It works in all respects as earlier versions with WordPerfect 5.1,
  27. with the following exceptions:
  28.  
  29.                  Non-standard installations
  30.     If you are not using the standard installation of WordPerfect 6.0,
  31.     install the following files in the same directory with your
  32.     WordPerfect program files:
  33.               FOLDERS.EXE
  34.               FOLDERS.HLP
  35.               FOLDERS.SHW
  36.               MAILLIST.HLP
  37.                                          MAILLIST.OVR
  38.                                          WPSTART.BAT
  39.                                          WPSTOP.BAT
  40.     Copy the following files from the Folders System disk to
  41.     subdirectory containing WordPerfect 6.0 macros (Usually a sub-
  42.     directory called MACROS under the directory where the
  43.     WordPerfect 6.0 program files are installed):
  44.     
  45.               ALTQ.WP6
  46.               ALTX.WP6
  47.               CVNMACRO.WP6
  48.                                          SAVEGOON.WP6
  49.                                          SAVEQUIT.WP6
  50. Note: The macro files with the extension .WP6, once copied into the
  51. appropriate WordPerfect 6.0 directory, will have to be renamed. Do this by:
  52.                   1.  Logging on to the sub-directory where the macro
  53.                   files are located; and 
  54.                   2.  Enter REN *.WP6 *.WPM
  55.  
  56.     SAMPLE.MR6 is a sample of the merge format for WordPerfect
  57.     6.0 and should be placed where convenient as a reference.
  58.  
  59.                   Use of Macros with Files
  60.  
  61. Macros used in conjunction with document files (see Page 3 of Manual,
  62. "Explanation of Commands", "CREATE") will not become effective until the
  63. document has been created, viewed and saved (using AltQ). This is necessary
  64. since the Folders System, in order to work properly with Ver. 6.0 of
  65. WordPerfect, itself uses a macro to create a new document.
